SIX SMALL STEPS

Let’s say hello.

These are illustrations, not live controls. Enter passwords only on your device’s local page—not glycofox.com.

  1. 01

    Power up & scan.

Connect USB power. Open your phone’s Camera, scan the device’s QR code and tap Join.

Can’t scan? Select GlycoFox-Setup in Settings → Wi-Fi. If asked, use the setup password shown by your device.

  2. 02

    Open local setup.

Stay on the setup Wi-Fi. If the page doesn’t open automatically, type http://192.168.4.1 in Safari or Chrome.

If the captive window closes, open your regular browser. More Wi-Fi help ↗

  3. 03

    Join home Wi-Fi.

Save your home Wi-Fi name and password. After the device restarts, put your phone back on home Wi-Fi.

Scan the new QR / address on the display. It is no longer the setup address.

  4. 04

    Create the owner login.

In System, create an owner username and password. Use 8–63 printable characters for the password and confirm it.

Sign in with this owner login when saving settings. Don’t use “Replace forgotten login” for normal setup. Login help ↗

  5. 05

    Connect your readings.

Enable Share in your official Dexcom app. In the device’s Dexcom section, choose your account region and save your sharing credentials.

Repeated “waiting” is not confirmed success. Never email passwords. Dexcom walkthrough ↗

  6. 06

    Make it your fox.

Add a display name under Dexcom. Choose your theme, timezone and night settings. Sleeping fox and screen dimming are separate controls.

Compare the displayed value, unit and reading age with your official CGM app. Display help ↗

IF SOMETHING FEELS OFF

Start with what you see.

A HUMAN NEXT STEP

Let’s get your fox back.

Email support@glycofox.com for setup, troubleshooting, or return help.

Support is for device setup and troubleshooting, not medical advice or urgent monitoring.

Tell us these four things.

  1. What happened just before the screen went dark.
  2. Whether local settings open, or which setup hotspot appears.
  3. The exact error and firmware version, if visible.
  4. Which steps you tried, and whether each helped.

Keep it private. Never send Wi-Fi, device or Dexcom passwords, settings exports, or glucose history. Crop names, readings and QR codes out of photos. Send device IDs or diagnostic details only when support asks.

GlycoFox is a secondary display for reference. It must not be used for treatment decisions or as a replacement for official CGM alerts. Interface labels may vary with firmware and phone version. This website cannot connect to, reset or update your device.
