Website privacy.

This page describes the promotional website, Shopify ordering and launch notification list, and the display-only firmware candidate. Dexcom and Shopify also have their own privacy notices.

No health-data forms

This website does not ask visitors for Dexcom usernames, passwords, glucose readings, payment details, or account registrations. It does not connect to your device or Dexcom account. The interactive fox preview uses fictional values generated entirely in your browser.

Shopify orders and launch notifications

The product link takes you to GlycoFox's Shopify-hosted product page. Shopify handles checkout and stores the order, contact, shipping, and payment-related information you submit there. If you subscribe to launch emails on Shopify, Shopify stores your email address and email subscription status for GlycoFox. We use this list to send the launch emails you requested, including your signup coupon.

The product link can carry limited social campaign labels, such as the platform and a short creative label, and format-limited Google advertising click identifiers from recognized parameter names to Shopify. These identifiers help attribute a Shopify visit or purchase to an advertisement. No other query parameters are copied. GlycoFox does not intentionally put names, email addresses, health information, or device data in campaign labels or click identifiers.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a launch email, or ask us at support@glycofox.com to remove you from launch emails. Do not send passwords or health information. Shopify and its storefront, checkout, and security services may process request information and use cookies on that separate site. Product photos and examples

Product imagery is based on photographs supplied by the owner. The images show sample or historical screen content, including display names and readings; they are not live data. Original source photographs are kept outside the public website.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, traffic sources and general device/browser information. Google receives website-usage information and network information needed to deliver that service. Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits; this is not anonymous browsing. We do not enable advertising personalization, Google signals, user IDs, form tracking, or tracking of the glucose preview controls.

Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. Choose Decline to use the website without analytics, or use Cookie settings in any page footer to change your choice. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after 90 days unless refreshed by a later visit.

We send recognized page addresses without query strings or fragments, and referral-site origins without their paths. For recognized social launch visits, we also send validated campaign source, medium, campaign name, and creative label. We do not send other query parameters, names, email addresses, passwords, Dexcom account details or glucose readings. The website never connects to your clock or Dexcom account. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and removes this site's analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser.

Hosting infrastructure

The public site uses Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process standard request and connection information to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy for its practices.

Contacting support

If you email GlycoFox, we use the contact details, order number, and message you provide to respond to your request. Do not include passwords, settings exports, or glucose history. Email contact is separate from this website; the site does not submit a support form.

Enter credentials only through your device

Enter Dexcom Share details only in your GlycoFox device's local settings on a trusted, password-protected home network. The local page uses HTTP; it is separate from this HTTPS website. Never send credentials or settings exports through a public issue report.

Device data: display-only candidate

The device stores home Wi-Fi and Dexcom Share credentials in its local configuration. The Share password is not encrypted at rest. Firmware 1.11.0-secondary-rc25 omits that password from downloaded settings exports; earlier firmware may include it. Exports still contain other sensitive configuration, including saved Wi-Fi and device-owner credentials, so keep every export private. Because the Share password is omitted, enter it again after restoring an export to a reset or replacement device. An owner login restricts local settings, but HTTP does not encrypt the settings you submit. Use only a trusted home network; never expose the device's local server to the internet.

The device sends the Share credentials directly to Dexcom and retrieves readings over certificate-validated HTTPS. It keeps recent readings in memory for the history graph; there is no GlycoFox cloud service receiving those credentials or readings in this candidate. The promotional website neither receives nor retrieves them. Dexcom processes requests under its own terms and privacy notice.

Factory reset removes the device's configuration file, but verified secure erasure of flash storage has not been established. Before selling, returning, or disposing of a device, contact support for credential-removal guidance. Never send us passwords, configuration exports, or glucose history.
